He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Dombrowski; his children, Christopher and Samantha Dombrowski; his siblings, Cathy Dombrowski and Eugene Dombrowski (Lisa); and his mother-in-law Sandra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
