He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Karaskiewicz and Mildred Karaskiewicz (Grabowski). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Karaskiewicz (Hlebovi); his children, Gary Karaskiewicz II and Laurie Karaskiewicz; his granddaughters, Rachel Smith (John Livingston) and Emily Smith (Nicholas Quarantillo); and his brother Timothy Karas (Cheryl). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary's memory to Marine Toys for Tots Buffalo.
