She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald D. Kintzel Sr.; her parents, Stanley Stulack and Cecelia Stulack; and her siblings, Cecelia Eckert (late Clarence) and Robert Stulack (Joan).

She is survived by: her children, James D. Kintzel (Barbara), Gloria A. Madden (Joseph), Ronald D. Kintzel Jr. and Michelle L. DeLand (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Justin (Chelsea), Libby, Sam (Colleen), Jake (Kylie), Stephany (Brian), Bradley (Susie) and Amber; her great grandchildren, Elijah, Sean, Jay, Reese, Jax, Charlotte, Fitzgerald, Raelle, Trey, Brooks, Leonardo, Adeline, Riley and Nora; and her sister Delphine Jeckovitch (John). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
