He is survived by: his children, Scott Ernst (Jeanne), Melanie Tarantelli (Christopher) and Leah Mueller (Timothy); his grandchildren, Evan, William Mueller, Kellen, Meredith Ernst, Sophia and Gabriel Tarantelli; and his siblings, Anthony Ernst and Mary (Hubert). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
