He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felix Czechowicz and Thecla Czechowicz (Nee Zagrabski); his wife Maureen O'Hara; his sons, Paul J. Czechowicz (Lisa), Daniel Czechowicz (Kristie) and Michael Czechowicz (Kara); his stepson William Reid (Tina); and his siblings, Phil Czechowicz (late Joan), Tillie Markiewicz and Marion Schaefer (Jack). He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Wny National Cemetery (1254 Indian Falls Rd, Corfu, NY 14036). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at 2049 Sandridge Rd, Alden, NY 14004.
