He is survived by: his children, Tyler Jacobs and Annie Jacobs (Florencio Verdugo); his grandchild Raegen Jacobs; and his sisters, Elizabeth Jacobs (Ted McDonald) and Rosemarie Jacobs (Steve Jacobs). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
