He is survived by: his children, Desiree Johnson of Akwesasne, Dillion Johnson of Akwesasne, Destinee Jacobs of Akwesasne, Deklen Jacobs of Akwesasne and Derrick Johnson of Syracuse; the mother of his children Joanne Herne of Akwesasne; his grandchildren, Andrew, Hailey, Isaac, Skylar, Avalynn, Harli, Henli, Logan, Aryanna, Carmen, Carter, Saphfirie, Skylynn, Janelle, Josie, Julian and Joelle; his siblings, Helena Jacobs of Akwesasne, Katrina Jacobs (David Colon) of Akwesasne, Regina Jacobs of Akwesasne, Phillip Jacobs Jr. of Akwesasne, Carmella Colon (Pete) of Syracuse, Christopher "LaBoy" Jacobs (Jodele) of Syracuse, Ira Jacobs of Syracuse and Ernest Jacobs of Quebec; his children, Wati McDonald and Jennifer Johnson; his aunt Shirley Jacobs; and his goddaughters, Miraya Oakes and Jasmin Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
