He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Scott and Ruth Scott (Wilkinson); his children, James Scott and Gloria Jean Forrette; and his siblings, Earl, Milton Scott, Beaulah Allen and Connie O'Donnell.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine B. Millett; his children, Daniel Scott of Rome, Vicki Dentinger (Tom) of Rochester and Diana Salazar of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Joshua Dentinger, Kassandra Mills, Michael Greenwood (Tasha) and Mark Greenwood. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Andrew W. Cook American Legion Post 1479.
