He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Cook and Alice Cook (Sawatis). He is survived by: his wife Robin Randall; his daughters, Sarah Colbert (Tony) of Watertown, Casey Cook of Watertown and Samantha Cook (Jason Agosto) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Daniel Cook, Giovanni and Gabriella Agosto; his siblings, Giselle Cook of Akwesasne and Curtis Cook (Colleen) of Rochester; his nephew Benjamin Cook; and his niece Frankie Davis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at 498 Cook Rd, Hogansburg, NY 13655. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Regis Catholic Church (107 Angus Thomas Memorial Road, Akwesasne, QC H0M1A0).
