He is survived by: his wife Debra Lamb of Akwesasne; his daughter Tsionatiio (Travis Thompson) of Akwesasne; the mother of his child Leona Barnes of Akwesasne; his stepchildren, Taylor Barnes of Akwesasne, Christopher Bushey, Susan Bushey and Michael Bushey of Constable, NY; his grandchildren, Tehanonsakahnion, Tehawennahkhwa, Tehorahkoion, Tsiokwason and Tsioriwa; his siblings, Wanda Patterson (Robert) of Akwesasne and Wayne Mitchell (Betty) of Akwesasne; and his sister-in-law Peggy Mitchel of Cornwall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
