She is survived by: her parents, Peter D. Pagerey and Violet Ludolph; her stepmother Ruth Pagerey; her children, Clover A. Pagerey and Clay O. Pagerey; and her sister Erica L. Pagerey. She is also survived by numerous siblings, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Adrienne J. Pagerey to the American Fund for Suicide Prevention to which Adrienne was deeply committed.
