He is survived by: his parents, Florexis Velasco (Evelyn) and Carla Qualey; his wife Jessie Ray Qualey; his children, Noah, Benjamin and Malakai Qualey; and his siblings, Fred Velasco (Riza), Relyn Strom (Adam), Florexis Velasco (Cecille), Kevin Velasco (Katie), Jake Velasco (Shahana), Candy Rexine (Ricky), Bradley Qualey and Manuel Qualey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
He always gave of himself onto others, even after his death, by giving the gift of life through his organ donations.
