It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Iovinelli in Albany, New York, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on June 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Iovinelli and Filomenia Iovinelli (Viscusi); his wife Elaine Iovinelli (Chyla); and his grandson Edward G. Fazzone III. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary E. Iovinelli (Scott Smith) of Rotterdam and Phyllis A. Fazzone (Mark Matteo) of Rotterdam; his sister Barbara D'Alessandris (Vincent) of Rotterdam; his grandchildren, Salvatore Fazzone (Brittany), Mark Mateo and Chyla Iovinelli-Smith; and his great grandchild Gianni Fazzone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for friends and family with COVI-19 pandemic restrictions as to the number of guests (20) at a time) allowed inside the funeral home will be held on Monday morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY.
