She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hirsch and Loretta Latham Hirsch; her son Mark J. Francis; her granddaughter Brianna Beebe; and her brother Philip Hirsch.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles E. Francis, Jr. (Kim) and Gary J. Francis (Cindy); her grandchildren, Danielle, Zachary, Haley Francis and Courtney Beebe; her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Aubrie Dennis, Blake Beebe and Vanessa Sitterly; and her pets, Buddy and Holly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
