It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Cohen (Albany, New York), born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sara Mayer and Herbert Mayer; her grandson Benjamin Gabriel; her husband Howard; her son David (Kate); her sister Helene Herskovitz (Robert); and her niece Rori. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the caregivers at Daughters of Sarah for looking after Barbara, especially once her family was no longer able to visit due to the pandemic. Due to the COVID virus, services will be private with no calling hours.
