He is survived by : his parents, Linda Knight (Allen) of Central Bridge and Duane R. Condon of Albany; his wife Karen L. Condon (Teal) of Pattersonville; his children, Debralee Knight (Michael) of Pattersonville, Brian Condon Jr. (Amanda) of Pattersonville, David Condon (Amy Manzer) of Pattersonville, Kyle Condon of Pattersonville and Kathleen Condon of Esperance; and his siblings, Vicki Cater (Herbert) of Howes Cave and Duane E. Condon of Esperance. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
