He was predeceased by: his sister Lucia J. Agustin; and his grandparents, Andrew and Catherine "Beverly" Relyea. He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Agustin (Relyea) of Albany and Jesus Juarez Agustin (Ceciia) of Kingston; his sisters, Kayla Relyea of Castleton, Rosio Juarez of Kingston and Maribel Juarez of Kingston; his close friend Ken Wiley of Albany; and his adoptive son Albert Knapp "Buddy". He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
