She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian P. Koonz and Catherine Koonz (Mahar); her grandson Ralph Biance; and her siblings, Ann Marie Symonds and Christian P. Koonz Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Richard Groesbeck; her children, Kimberly Aguado (Frank), Tamara Craig (James), Pamela Groesbeck, Diana Edelson (David), Richard Groesbeck Jr. and Heather Groesbeck; and her sister Deborah Minkler (John). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
In accordance with mandated health guidelines, all guest must wear masks, social distancing and contract tracing will be required. Inurnment will take place privately.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Catherine's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110.
