He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mae Armstrong and Raymond Armstrong of Albany; his sisters, Virginia Armstrong and Gloria Lehto; his grandchildren, Nicole Stark and Gabriel Armstrong; his wife Shirley Armstrong of Wilton; his children, Pamela Adzima (Bob) of Las Vegas, Linda Gasper (Mike) of Sarasota, Mark Armstrong (Lina) of San Bernadino, Cindy Stark (Cliff), Kirk Armstrong (Paula) of Chicago and Gail Dewey (Don) of Hopewell Junction; and his grandfather Gramps. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two more great-grandchildren.
The plan he wrote on a cocktail napkin years ago cannot be fulfilled in person due to social distancing requirements.
