With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles F. Allen (Albany, New York), born in New Hartford, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Allen and Philomena "Fay" Allen (Julian); and his sister Julianne Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Cofrancesco (James) of Liverpool, NY and Edward Allen; his sons, Kenneth of Covington and Edward of Herkimer; his siblings' children, Fay Cofrancesco, Michael Yelle, Jr. of Ilion, NY and James Cofrancesco (Jena); his children, Dominic, Zachary and Skye of Liverpool, NY; and his aunts, Helen Buttiglieri and Connie Gigliotti. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
