He was predeceased by: his sister Marilyn Thorne Fahey; and his great grandchild Hope Ann. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Calsolaro Thorne; his sons, Charles Thorne (Madelyn) and Richard Thorne; and his grandchildren, Jessica Ann Kuftiak (Steven), Alison Marie Thorne and Michael Charles Thorne. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
