He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Harry, Diane Gregory and Robert "Cobby" Rogers. He is survived by : his parents, Tammi Corrente (Ross) and Gary Gregory (Michelle); his grandmother Edith Rogers; his brother Gary Gregory (Beth); and his stepsiblings, Megan Haberern (Andrew), AJ Quinn (Megan) and John Corrente. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Center, PO Box 470, Saranac Lake, NY 12983 or Misfits Animal Rescue and Sanctuary of Syracuse.
