He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rapp and Elsie Rapp; and his sister Arlene Stadlman of Huntington Beach, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Grates Stoll; and his children, Dennis Rapp (Janette) of Atlanta and Amy Joanne Rapp. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
