He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dapper" and Rosemary Farrell; and his brothers, Brian, Terry and Mitchell Farrell.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Redmond Farrell; his children, Kristin Ruggles (Daniel) and Dennis P. Farrell Jr.; his brothers, Timothy Farrell (Mary Sheridan) and Patrick "Louie" Farrell (Maureen); his sister-in-law Marianne Farrell; his grandchildren, Scott Brown, Kayli Farrell, Samuel Ruggles and Quinntin Farrell; and his friends, John and Ann McGraw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
