She was predeceased by: her parent George Schaf. She is survived by: her parent Madeline Schaf; her spouse Brian Mahar; her daughter Colleen K. Mahar (Dan Terelmes); her sister Maryellen Fullum; and her pets, Corey, Merlin, Kepper, Angel, Toby and Chewie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna's memory may be made to Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
