She is survived by: her parents, John Kern and Dorothy Tubbs; and her children, Daniel Carpinello, Jackie Ryan (Patrick), Richard Carpinello (Valerie), Jay Carpinello (Laurie) and Tammy Cross. She is also survived by 4 step children, 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
