She is survived by: her parents, Jasper Edge and Leatha Lois Ward; her children, Yasheca Waugh-Harrison, Nathaniel Waugh, Keyona Durr and Darren Durr; her siblings, Jacqueline Lyons, Mark Scott, Jannie Faye Scott, Jessie Scott, Angie Scott and Willie Mae Chapple-Michaels (William); and her friends, Tootsie Taylor, Terry Jones and Mernetta Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
