It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Willie Mosby in Albany, New York, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Pannell and Emma Zeff Walker Pannell; and her husband Bernard Lee Mosby. She is survived by: her children, Bernard Lee Mosby, Jr., Rosalyn Mosby and Deborah Mosby-Greenfield; and her siblings-in-law, John R. Mosby, Matthew A. Mosby, Marie Mosby and Marion Mosby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
