She is survived by: her parent Katharine Gonska Kozakiewicz; her children, Patricia Chandler, Barbara MacDowell (Richard), Thomas Yanko Jr. (Carole), Mary Hodoroski (Richard) and Jean Lewis (Todd); her grandchildren, Nicholas Maloy (Christina), Jessica Zaloga, Emmalynn King (James), Brendan Chandler, Katharine Lewis, Katie Canale (Gary), Shannon MacDowell and Jennifer MacDowell; her great grandchildren, Thomas Zaloga, Johnathan Zaloga, Emma Canale, Samuel Canale, Jayla Chandler, Fionna King, Padraig Maloy and Brayden Maloy; her siblings, Francis Kozakiewicz, Joseph Cozz, Steven Kozakiewicz and Frances Hotaling; and her siblings' child Florence.
