He was predeceased by: his parents, Dowe Clark and Almira Clark (Jennings). He is survived by: his children, Wendy, Bryan and Nicole; his close friend Jennifer Tucker; and his brothers, Kenny, Andy, Jefferey and Ronnie Dowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
