He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Wilkins and Olleen Kingsley Wilkins; his sons, Richard Wilkins and Allan Wilkins; his stepchildren, Colleen Bannister and Victor Humphrey; and his sister Betty Ference.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Connolly Wilkins of Sunderland; his daughters, Linda McDevitt of Arlington and Susan Gorsch of Oneonta, NY; and his stepchildren, Sandra Beattie of Sunderland, Neil Humphrey (Cindy) of Sunderland, Brian Bushee (Anna) of Sunderland and John Bushee (Melissa) of Sunderland. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 18 Step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 32 Step great grandchildren.
