She was predeceased by: her husband John Allemen (Skip). She is survived by: her parents, Frank Belanger and Ida Belanger (Bover); her daughter Mary Reed (Mike Opalka) of Cohoes; her sisters, Lynn Moulton (Joseph) of Watervliet and Ellen Belanger of Sunnyvale, Calif.; and her nieces, Joely Kleet (Dave), Joslyn Strock (Jim) and Jordyn Moulton.
Gail's love for nursing and appreciation for the education she received has prompted her family to suggest donations, in her memory, to the Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, c/o Northeast Health Foundation, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208.
