George A. Cinney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George A. Cinney (Albany, New York), who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Lilian Marie Cinney Sr. (Campbell); his former wife Katherine "Kay" Ryan Cinney; his son George Allen Cinney III; and his sisters, Cecelia Cinney, Rosemary Cinney, Gloria Cinney Lawton and Dolores Lestner Cinney Horwedel.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Marino Bania Cinney; and his children, Christine Farley (Edward), David Stephen Cinney (Denise), Katherine A. Cinney, Patricia Cinney Brohm, Michael Francis Cinney, Carol Cinney Oxenrieter (John) and Joseph P. Cinney. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
