He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Macutek and Mary Zielonka; his wife Helga Brock; and his sisters, Anna Gadomski (Henry) and Mary Nosal (Leo).
He is survived by: his children, Carol Carman (Timothy) and Mark Macutek (Fran); his grandsons, Kurt (Carly), Alec Carman, Matthew, Thomas and Jason Macutek; his brother Joseph Macutek (Angie); and his cousin June Lacijan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
