He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz J. Neugebauer and Emilie Leiberich Neugebauer; and his sister Gisela Woltermann (William). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Curran Neugebauer; his sons, Brian, Timothy (Alison) and John (Julie); his grandchildren, Isabel, Kaitlin and Elizabeth; his siblings, Wendell Neugebauer (Sheila), Christoph Neugebauer (Helen) and Constantine Neugebauer (Martha); and his siblings-in-law, Joanne, Stephen, Maureen, John and Kate Curran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
