We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2020, at the age of 75, Harvey Napier (Albany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey W. Napier and Margaret Napier (Vargo); his brother William "Bill" Napier; and his goddaughter Cathy Pump. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary (Spiridigloizzi); his children, Jennifer Napier Valvo (Michael), Victoria Napier and Brian Napier (Christina); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Marissa Valvo, Adam and Hailey Napier.

Memorial contributions can be made in Harvey's name to the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center.
