With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer A. Kaczor (Albany, New York), born in Gloversville, New York, who passed away on June 8, 2018 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Horace, Marian, Clara Rockwell, Robert Seeley and Lilias Seeley.
She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Seeley and Susan Seeley; her daughter Jocelyn Kaczor of Lincoln St; her siblings, Scott Seeley of Gloversville and Heather Seeley of Virginia; and her nieces, Aunts and Uncles.
Upon her passing, Jennifer gave the ultimate gift of life to others through organ donation and her wish would have been for others to sign their own donor card.
