She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth Frey and Milton Frey; her husband Airman Thomas A. Coughlin III; her sister Carol Berry (John); her daughters, Laurie Felter and Kelly Coughlin (Sean Byrne); her grandchildren, Zachary Felter, Jesse Felter (Kelly) and Sinead Byrne; her great grandchildren, Ruby and Alice Felter; her daughter Tracy; and her son-in-law Don Felter.
There will not be any services, but donations made to either Hospice of Jefferson County or ARC of Jefferson County are greatly appreciated.
