She is survived by: her parents, John Cusick and Ruby Cusick; her pet Teddy; her children, Theresa (Joseph) of Waterford, NY, Susan (Robert) of Halfmoon, NY, Mike (Sheila) of Denver, CO and Paul (Deborah) of Grand Blanc, MI.; her grandchildren, Sean, Katie, Gabrielle, Abigail, Michala, Morgan and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Camilla, Cullen and Brady.
