He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Berkman and Jeanne Moeller Berkman. He is survived by: his sister Deanna Davis (Paul) of Westport; his sibling's children, Cheryl Seifert (Peter Leishman) of Peterborough, N. H., Jeffrey Seifert (Hiromi Maeda) of Tokyo, Phillip Seifert of Knoxville and Tenn; his great-nephews, Samuel and David Seifert of Knoxville; and his close friend Dorothy McIntyre of Mechanicville.
Due to the coronavirus, a memorial service for him will be delayed until the fall.
