He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan and Isabella Duncan (Landrigan); his brother William; and his sibling's children, Elaine Hall, Rune Duncan and Eric Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Duncan, James Duncan (Shelley), Katherine Oliver (Adam) and Baris Duncan; his grandchildren, Zachary Duncan, Brady Duncan, Siena Oliver and Addison Oliver; his stepgrandsons, Henry Hannah, Hugh and Howard Barrows; his sister Patricia Hilton; his sister-in-law Kazuko Duncan; and his niece Beth Duncan.
Due to the current health restrictions regarding the coronavirus, funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
