He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush and Helen Sigular Bush; his close friend Ellen Lockerbe; his sisters, Loretta Miller, Delores Lampman, Helen Dean, Janice Bush and Beverly Martin; his brother-in-law James Harrier; and his nieces, Sherry Lynn Martin and Ann Harrier.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Donna, Cathy, Mike and Shawn Lockerbe; his sister Susan Harrier; and his niece Debbie Dean. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
