He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Pepper and Dorothy F. Pepper; and his brother George F. Pepper, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Benoit Pepper of Troy, N. Y.; his siblings, James A. Pepper, Elizabeth "Betsy" Shreckengast of Delaware, Dorothy "Dottie" Moyer of Delaware and Patricia "Pepper" Jaffray of Delaware; and his siblings-in-law, Ernest and Beverly Benoit of East Greenbush, N. Y. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
