He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mosher and Katherine Mosher; his former wife Margaret Jane; and his brothers, Richard and Thomas Mosher.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Newell; his daughters, Ellen Whipple, Karen Bogdan (Rusty), Susan Kohinke (Kevin) and Paula Mosher-Erwert (Thomas); his grandchildren, Christina, Lauren (Alex), Garrett, Drew, David (Katelyn) and Sarah; his great grandchild Luka; and his brother Francis Mosher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
