He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weir and Bridget Griffin Weir. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Gerard Weir (Beth), Maurice (Terry) and Georgina Bauer (Tim); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Elise, Michael and Colin; and his sister Breda Doyle. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
