He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Koch and Jessie Koch (Wullschleger). He is survived by: his wife Betty Koch (Boyd); his son Charles F. Koch; his granddaughters, Camryn and Mackenzie Koch; his sister Carolyn Koch; and his sibling's children, Kristin Adams and Robert Wullschleger.
