Horn and Augusta King Horn; her siblings, Blanche Nelson (Francis), Inez Tristram (Charles) and Herbert Horn (Theresa); her children, Leo (Bonnie), Peter (Cheryl Feldman), Stephen (Eva Welchman), John (Anna), Kevin, Christopher "George" (Kathy Kuckarek) and Sheila Bishop (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Sean Doody, Kathryn Fitzpatrick (Ryan), Jeannette Bourey (Patrick), Margaret Vijayan (Vinu), Sarah Doody, Victoria Doody, James Doody and William Doody.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany.
