She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Hans and Anne Dollard Hans; her former husband Joseph R. Metzger Jr.; and her brothers, Jack, Bill, Ted and Peter Hans.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Metzger; her children, Nancy Splonskowski (Mark) of Niskayuna, Joseph R. Metzger III (Rose) of Colonie, Stephen H. Metzger (Diane) of Galway, Janet Metzger of Ormond Beach, FL and John Metzger of Loudonville; her grandchildren, Stephen (Jill), Kate Splonskowski, Jill Nava (Sean), Theresa Von Graupen (Scott), Mark Jensen, James, Matthew and Jennifer Metzger; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Greyson, Olivia, Lucas and Blake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Please only enter the church from the main doorway; masks and social distancing are required; church ambassadors will be available to help with seating and questions; and please attempt to arrive before 12:15 pm.
