She is survived by: her sisters, Kay, Rita and Janet; her husband Ronald Sontz; her children, David Sontz, Karen Cole (Steven) and Michael Sontz (Beth); her grandchildren, Sommer, Sean and Ryan; her great grandchild Mia; her brother Joseph Czernecki (Donna); her nephews, Marvin, Joey and Dale; her friends, Mary Dolan and Jo Hepinstall; her family, Dr. Fillipone, Heidi, Dr. Sterbach and Dr. Taggart; and her caregivers, Jennifer, Brendan, Jerry, Sonya and Barbara.
