He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah M. Spicer and Christina Spicer (Foley); and his sister Breida Mary Spicer. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeremiah Spicer (Lois), Daniel Spicer (Kim Dolan) and Christine Stack (David); and his siblings' children, Lauren Stack (Justin), Christina Stack (Todd Cetnar), Kathleen Stack, Christopher Spicer, Mark Spicer, Casey Spicer, Christina Spicer and Erin Spicer.
Masks are required for everyone; social distancing is also available on the two sides of the church.
